Exchange Policy

At Balaji Extensions, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to assist you with exchanges under the conditions mentioned below.

1. No Refunds

Please note that we do not offer any refunds once an order has been placed and shipped. However, exchanges are allowed within the conditions outlined below.

2. Exchange Validity

Exchanges are accepted only within 2 days of receiving the order. Requests made after 2 days will not be accepted.

3. When Is Exchange Allowed?

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

• Wrong item received – You received a different product than what you ordered.
• Damaged product received – The product is damaged or defective. (An unboxing video is required as proof.)
• Size issues – If the item doesn’t fit. Please check the size chart provided on each product page before placing your order.

4. Conditions for Exchange

• The product must be unused and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and invoice.
• You must inform us within 2 days of delivery with supporting images or unboxing video.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping is completely free. We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at no extra cost.

6. How to Request an Exchange

You can request an exchange through the following methods:

• From your account: Log in and click the “Request Exchange” button next to your order on the My Account page.
• Email us: Send your order details and issue to support@balajixtension.com.
• Contact Us page: Submit your request through the Contact Us form on our website.

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and confirm the exchange process if it meets the eligibility criteria.

7. Non-Exchangeable Products

We do not accept exchange requests for the following:

• Products that are custom-stitched or altered.
• Items purchased during sales, offers, or clearance events.
• Products showing signs of wear, washing, or damage after delivery.

8. Final Approval

Balaji Extensions reserves the right to approve or decline any exchange request based on the condition of the returned item and the evidence provided.
